We're a small handmade studio shipping internationally, so our policy is simple and fair: we don't accept change-of-mind returns, but we always stand behind our work if something goes wrong.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, we'll remake it or give you a full refund. Just email us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and, if relevant, a photo.
Because of the cost and unreliability of international return shipping, we don't accept returns simply because you changed your mind. If you're unsure, message us before ordering — we're happy to help you choose.
Bespoke and personalized pieces (custom portraits, plushies, named items) are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded, except where they arrive damaged or defective.
If you're in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain non-personalized orders within 14 days. These rights are unaffected by the policy above. Contact us and we'll guide you through it.
